Howard is a veteran maritime trial lawyer. He is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Emeritus Specialist in Workers Compensation, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Florida. Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout Florida, the U.S. and the world in admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ cases, Defense Base Act claims, medical malpractice and worker's compensation cases for over twenty-four years.

Tim is an experienced maritime litigator. Before joining our firm, he was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States. In this capacity, Tim litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Tim's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large and well-funded cruise lines.
Tim is a former U.S. Army Ranger (3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment) and is proud to be a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Tim's practice includes the prosecution of passenger cruise ship injury claims, boating accidents, Jones Act Litigation, Longshore and Harborworkers claims, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.
